UMass is nothing without its staff. Quit trying to cut corners on the people who make this place work.
Ridiculous to see admin getting raises while the people who actually run the campus get squeezed. Enough is enough.
been here 10 years and its just getting worse. show some respect for the staff for once.
The gap between the chancellors pay and the regular workers is insane. stop the greed.
we are the backbone of this uni. listen to us before everyone quits.
