Economics 202mis my major and the fact that i'll be writing two papers on the 15th is highly unreasonable and i'd also like to point out the fact that UKZN should fix it's administration because it's apalling

My brother cannot write this exam again. It would be unfair since it was negligence from the university's side that the paper leaked and they should discipline those people who took part in cheating not others who have worked hard and had nothing to do with copying

UKZN doesn't fail to disappoint me. Some of us are not on holiday yet and have other modules to focus on and eco requires a lot of studying. I can guarantee you that if you'll make us rewrite, the failure rate will be higher than usual. This is a rather pathetic situation ! If the exam was "seriously compromised" we at least deserve some sort of explanation, don't just sit back and demand us to rewrite when you'll failed to manage this properly. The fault is not on our path. If it was compromised on the Westville campus, then why should students on the Pmb campus rewrite, and vice versa ? This is absolute nonsense. Please fix your rubbish department.

we're not writing on the basis that if there was any manipulation on the main paper, it was certainly not from our side and therefore we shouldn't suffer consequences

I personally do not understand how is this our problem and how did it even happen? Why do we suffer for the sins we did not commit

This is not fair to those of us who have made a valid effort to give our best for the main exam.

Poor internal controls adopted by the economics department is to blame. The email that was addressed to students, falsely accusing them as the sole cause of the leak, is a poor reflection of managements' ethical standards and illustrates the indifferent attitude that the University management has towards the student body.
