The students are not aware of what was "compromised". Some had already gone home. They should to be forced to rewrite this exam especially because they were not at fault. An enteral problem should be fixed within the department, the students should not suffer because of a flawed economics department!

So bearing all these comments in mind... What are we actually going to do about if some students are going to write it and they mark us a zero?....

If the school of economics accounting and finance will give me R170 per day for accommodation and food then yes we can rewrite

Why should they write again if the problem is with the administration students shouldn't have to suffer because of that secondly they shouldnt be expected to to rewrite an exam as if they don't have other things academically and socially that are of equal importance

I speak as a concerned parent as I know how hard my child had worked for this paper and it's truly unfair to all those honest students who worked hard to have to rewrite it.the source of the problem should be dealt with and not the have everyone suffer

It has never been a piece of cake preparing for exams.I gave it my best shot while I was writing this module.and besides I still have a lot more to do other than to waste my precious time rewriting a module.so it's a big NOOOOOO

Students who did work honestly and proved themselves by passing, should not re-write the paper. The onus should be on the university to bring forward proof of them cheating in any manner possible.

I, Like many others know nothing about the compromisation of the paper and hence say no to rewriting
