My name is Liam Muir and I am 14 going on 15 in the Autum. I am from scotland. This is a open message to the UK Government. I am making this as I worry over the future off myself and my peers. These opinions are all my opinions that I have picked up by researching them and I have not been influenced by others. I consider myself as Smart. I don't consider it in a selfish manner like some people do but lets just say im not the thickest clown around. When I am older I want to use my brains to get myself a good job and make a decent amount off cash to support my family. I worry sometimes though that this is not going to be possible for me due to the current Financal diffuclties that don't seem to be getting any better. The job market is a mess and I know that from personal experiences with members off my family currently unemployed and looking for a job. I know that the government is saying that the job markets are going to get better and everything like that but I seriously don't believe this. Im now going to come out with a few blank points off truth. Our current government is full off Liars. Yes that is correct. Nick Clegg our "Depute Prime Minister" PROMISED that there was not going to be a hike in VAT if they got into power. So when they got into the coalition government we all thought that they would keep the Tax level down but what did they do. Exactly 75 Days after they promised No hike they put it up. Thats not the only thing clegg has sold out. He promised students that there would be no Universaty Tuition fees . He appeared with a sign saying he PROMISED no tuition fees and used the slogan" Let's not break promises.". Then when it came through to the Vote he encouraged his fellow party members to vote YES for tuition fees to go up. Putting many students in Debt! Now I don't know about you but some Lib Dem voters voted because off those rwo polices and then they have been let down. I think that is a WASTED vote. The government is currently brigning in Public sector cuts. Privatising OUR NHS . Cutting our school budgets and cutting police jobs but yet we can still affoard £40 Million a Month to fight a war in Libya that we are only in because off the Oil. I being a school pupil know that the books in my classes are getting old and shabby and I would much rather prefer new books than a war that is not going to effect me and my peers. On June 30th the public will show the government what they think off them. I unfortunettaly won't be able to attend but will be there in spirt. Personally though I don't think that the government will listen as they so ar haven't listended to the people so why now because at the end off the day it's only our futures ain't it? I know that you are now going to move onto your next video but please ask yourself this. Ive just listened to this little 15 Year old kid ramble on for a couple off minutes but please take action against this government. Just out off curoiosty to see how many people agrre with my views or part off them sign the online petition to show your support just to see if anyone cares about there future. Remeber me as this is a warning that if this government doesn't start listening to us the people we will end up completely jobless and Bankrupt like Greece.
