Its about time this company was shut down,They use tatics that must be close to being un lawful. I Recently received a ticket from this company for parking in a Disable Bay with out displayjng my Blue Badge that I have had for more than 10 years,this happened due to me needjng the toilet very quickly and this was a total honest mistake. On the morning after I found the ticket coverjng my tax disc I read the childish scrawl, and what I could make out you can not see a difference between the number 2 and the letter z. On the ticket it says you can E-MAIL your appeal so I did, next they sent me a reply saying all appeals must be in writing stating the ticket number,the reg ,time date and place and your full name and address,No Chance if you want it find it.. After looking on line I found out that this company as no lawful rights to fine you or find your name and address from DVLA. And if any one as had a fine or a pending fine Please sign this Petition, Thank you. P.S. If there is a lawyer out there perhaps it may be possible to get any money payed in finds back.
