I believe the questions included in this petition are excellent ones to be reexamined. Of course we all want the safety of the public to be of utmost concern. However, I do not believe nail polish, when handled correctly, is something that needs to be deemed as a public safety concern or hazardous concern. Please reconsider.

There is no possible valid reason why nail polish cannot be shipped for delivery by makers and sellers, when it is packed in personal luggage every day of the week.

If this was passed I'd be able to send my friend in America some of the lovely polishes I have which she can't get over there.
