Having met Chad on several occasions and understanding what he brings to the uk, it's a total injustice that he should be returned to his native country when he contributes so much to the uk. We are lucky to have somebody like Chad in the UK. We seem to value the human rights of burdens to the state that contribute nothing over somebody who can only be described as a true asset.

How can someone who contributes so much to Britain be treated in this way? Whilst I understand the need to have rules, this is dealing with peoples lives and requires a practical overview to ensure that nonsense decisions are avoided.

As a British citizen I find it unjust that the rules now in force for renewal of visas discriminates against people who are not a burden on the state and benefit British society and yet don't make enough money for the rules.

This man contributes to the economy and does a valuable job in the community. He is highly educated and respected. He has never been on benefits. He has been here 8 years. It is a shame educators of vulnerable special needs adults do not get paid over £35,000pa but that is not a good enough reason to deport him. Please reconsider.

this is so sad especially when he is a backbone of support for many children .
Ridiculous outcome! This county is being destroyed by people being allowed in who come here purely to steal and cause trouble and yet somebody who contributes to the community, carries out a skilled job and helps people with special needs isn't allowed to stay! The points system sucks!

According to The Independent: "Under a new Home Office points system Mr Morris was unable to renew his work visa when it expired earlier this year because he earned less than £35,000."
Chad Morris pays income tax (and presumably National Insurance) from his pay which comes from the 'public purse'. In addition, he pays VAT when making purchases, and other 'taxes' like duty on petrol etc.
Then there is the fact that he is providing a valuable service to the community. This matter reeks of 'box-ticking' and hitting targets at the Home Office for deporting foreigners. I am ashamed to be British.
