surely this man deserves to stay in this country, concentrate on those smuggled in and commit crimes while they are here.

What about his "Human rights" there are so many people we can't deport because of their human rights, this is a typical UK joke.

See sense and let a hard working guy have hugs chance in life to truly be something of worth rather than send him back to the US and have them benefit from our loss.

How on earth can you justify sending someone who is legal and actively doing some good in this country back? Do we not need people like this guy, who seems to have more about him than a lot of the dole scrounging lazy good for nothings? Keep him here!!

If the guy has lived and worked here for so long and contributes to the UK then of course he has the right to stay.... Makes a change of free loaders!!

Doesn't make sense to let in people who don't add value and send out people who do add value. This one looks like a no-brainer to me...if Chad helps improve the life of just one of the 'english' special needs people that he works with then he deserves the opportunity to call our wonderful country his home. Seems the perfect opportunity to exercise a little discretion if you ask me...

The Immigration System should focus their minds on the ILLEGAL immigrants rather than the people making use of their lives and helping others.
