Chad is a very hard working team member whose contribution to the lives of Additional Needs Learners at Walsall college where he is a manager is immeasurable and fantastic. He should be given the opportunity to continue his valuable role at College.

Why are they sending him home-What is the reason

It's a real disc race the way we treat good and honest people who work hard and way there way. What more can you ask a person to do yet Britains response is to chuck you out. That just sums us up. Let him stay!

Please allow chad to stay and work in the Uk, he is not claiming benefits, he is fit and heathly and not a burnen on the NHS!!!!

Seriously? for all the welfare dependant minorities out there sponging off the government, they want to kick this guy out????

It just seems incomprehensible that someone who contributes in such a positive way and makes a real difference to so many people - both disadvantaged young people with whom he works and the colleagues for whom Chad is a genuine ray of light - can be treated so shabbily by a country to which he has given - and despite all this is continuing to give - so much. Contrast this to a well-known supporter of terrorist activity who lived here for years, never worked a day, claimed hundreds of thousands in benefits and cost millions to deport, laughing all the time at how much he was costing the country he hated, and it makes a complete mockery of not only the system but also the supposed British sense of fair play. On a day like today, for the first time in my life, I feel ashamed to be British.

I have known Chad for around four years and he is just the sort of hard working immigrant that we should be encouraging. He is making a contribution in monetary terms through his income tax payments and spending in the local economy. His work with special needs students is increasing the social capital in line with the present governments Big Society philosophy. To measure fitness to stay in purely monetary terms is iniquitous and Chad's overall contribution including the value of his working with marginalised people and helping themso they are less of a burden on the state should in my view be taken into consideration. I Request that this decision be stayed and reconsidered in light of the very important Social Capital contribution Chad makes. Thank you.
