UK Home Office: Reconsider your decision with regard to Chad Morris’ immigration matter and grant discretionary leave to remain.
Chad has been here in the U.K for near eight years, is highly educated (MPhil degree) and has an important job in further education working with vulnerable special needs learners.
He is adored by his special needs students and has actively pursued to improve their quality of life. He has always been here legally and his impact on his local community is massive.
His whole life, career and friends are here in the U.K.
The Home Office now wants to take that away from him.
Instead of appreciating and celebrating his achievements, the taxes he pays and the lives he enhances, they wish to send him to a country that he doesn’t view as his home. Britain is his home.
Surely the immigration system should account for and even support people that want to be productive citizens here in the UK.
Chad Morris is such a citizen; a hard-worker, a taxpayer and a genuine person who loves this country.

Reaching this point is exhausting and yet it keeps me moving because people actually care about Chad. I cannot put into words how much this momentum pushes back against the silence from officials.

The lack of response from the Home Office is exhausting but we are refusing to let Chad be forgotten. I spend hours reading the stories you leave about how much he does for his students and it reminds me exactly why this fight is worth the fatigue.

Let Chad stay, He is hardworking, has been teaching my son and his friends for the past 2 years, this is my son's 3rd year with him. All students love and adore this great lecturer. So please please let him stay. Will be such a tragedy to loose him!!!!!!
How can someone who contributes so much to Britain be treated in this way? Whilst I understand the need to have rules, this is dealing with peoples lives and requires a practical overview to ensure that nonsense decisions are avoided.
Chad is a very hard working team member whose contribution to the lives of Additional Needs Learners at Walsall college where he is a manager is immeasurable and fantastic. He should be given the opportunity to continue his valuable role at College.
I have worked with Chad for the last 4 years. He is brilliant with the Students, really caring and works hard on their behalf. He is liked by all his colleagues and if he is sent back to America it will be our loss and their gain. We need people like Chad.
Chad is one of the most hardworking individuals I have ever had the privilege of knowing. He is a dedicated, honest individual who cares deeply for his community. The Powers That Be are doing a disservice to their country by evicting such an asset. Please reconsider.

I support this claim. Mr Morris is an asset to the Uk. At a time when we are told that the government will fast track naturalisation on terms of merit and investment - the Govenment eeds to rationalise what 'investment' means in the wider term.
