I'm disabled and I asked my family friend to come help me with my bags. They wouldn't let him in because they said our surnames weren't the same(ID). They treated my friend so badly. They treated me so badly. I stay on res and I'm allowed to have guests if I want to have guests. They told me after 2 hours ... not on public holidays. I've never been treated do badly.
