how are we suppose to know more about matter if we don't allow people to have the opportunity to study it.

UIC has been making cuts in all of the places. Every mistake pushes away hundreds and thousands of students annually, let's try to minimize those mistakes this year.

I was in shocked when i heard that the chemistry department wanted to remove this minor. Im 101% againt this removal especially I am majoring in Biological Sciences and minoring in Chemistry. I'm passionate about chemistry and therefore i wanted to minor in it. Also, it makes students more qualified and stand out more than other applicants for a job. KEEP THE CHEMISTRY MINOR!

For students to have options to minor in certain subjects would keep interesting in those subjects. Thus removing chance to minor in Chemistry would be bad in long run.

Undergraduate students should be able to study anything that interests them. Deleting a minor program from list simply hurts the vision of education.
