In light of the added pressures on learning and teaching this year and the health of both our students and lecturers/tutors at UEL we are calling for compesation for this year of study; This petition is to demand: No capping on resits 2011/12. Free module retakes 2012/13. These demands will give students the chance to manage their learning, under this extra pressure and not be penalized for studying this year, whilst allowing UEL to host the Olympics and receive the benefits this will offer. Students of 2011/12 should be able to share in these benefits, not have their studies put at risk.
