Dear honourable members of the council of our very institution, we stand to plea to you on the behalf of the entire students in the institution.
We are highly disappointed in the recent tuition fees been imposed on the students being it continuing and freshers which we find it difficult to pay.
There have been a retrogressing in the standard of education especially in the tertiary stage of our motherland Ghana but high tuition fees is one of the causes yes.
Why?
For more than 70% students work and earn for ourselves in order to pay the proposed and approved fees.
This means high fees imposed result in less concentration on studies and more concentration on work to earn money for the fees.
Our dear honourable members we plea to you.

The fees must fall ,period! Why do they think of increasing the fees year after year, even when other schools make a reduction. What is so special about ucc that year after year students are made to pay higher amounts as compared to students from other public universities...

I wish parliamentarians will call for an increment which is bearable. Any increment which is drastic should not happen.
