The Verified Fan Experience makes the real Fans loose their Innocence!

This is an open letter to our band, a request for help: The Fan Community is grateful that U2 and Livenation are trying to put in place a system that will keep tickets out of the hands of scalpers and bots, and we were the first ones through our community to report and banned scalpers who were trying to sell tickets above face value.

The JT2017 went almost fine and many of us managed to get the tickets we wanted at affordable prices or at least the prices that we were ready to pay.

After the disaster of the presales for U2.com subscribers and the general sales, all of us are now worried that we might not be able to attend any date of the eXPERIENCE + iNNOCENCE Tour. Why?

Because some of us, paid U2.com Subscribers for a long time, have been listed in the iNNOCENCE group and could access only to a limited selection of category (no GA available);

Because some of us have not been selected to receive a code;

Because some of us that have received the code are not able to purchase the category we were looking for;

Because some categories are still pre-booked for Citi presales;

Because VIP's categories capacity has been increased, having has a direct consequence that good seats that were still "affordable" are now the highest in the Arena and no good anymore;

Because some of us are feeling that U2 is giving up on us, their fans!

This petition is for you guys, Bono, Larry, The Edge and Adam, your fans need you and we still want to believe that U2 cares about us as much as we love you.
