This is such a lovely business and would be such a shame to see it have to close down because of this. Please keep the outside terrace! Us Brits don't get much chance to sit Al fresco!

As a tourist I have enjoyed the opportunity to sit outside and enjoy a drink with family and friends. All the other bars around town allow me to drink and sit outside so I am surprised by the proposed changes.
