- We the residents of Tillage Farms demand that PMP Management Acknowledge that the owners of the Broadview collection own half the land that the parking spaces in front of the units take up. As this is shown on the survey the owners of said plots have every right to determine who can park there and mark these spots in anyway they determine necessary to prevent unauthorized and unwanted parking. PMP Mangement needs to recognize this and stop threatening fines for those who are marking spots as needed

It doesn’t make sense not to own the two spots in front of your house. These are not apartments. Not even town homes.
We absolutely must have assigned parking especially considering part of our plots align with a portion of the parking space. If it was free parking, why do we have the dirt lots between every other house? Lennar should have designed the neighborhood to incorporate plenty of open parking.
My address is 243 Herman Ln in Tillage Farms. I was told before closing ,that each house had two designated parking spaces in front of their home !
Absolutely. Not to mention this is what was said to MANY buyers before they bought their homes, including myself. The fact that they believe that it’s okay for a homeowner to spend hundreds of thousands of dollars and not have guaranteed parking (especially when it was promised) is absolutely ridiculous
PMP, even when renting apartments the tenants get 2 assigned spaces that if others park in can be towed. These homes are owned and parking spots are part of the plot lot. Owners have a right to mark their spots and be able to park on their spots.
I have a garage, but the price those people paid, the deserve parking
I was told when I was looking at and when I signed on the dotted line to buy my home that I had two guaranteed parking spots.

I stand with my neighbors who are falling victim to an overreaching HOA. I only bought a house here because of the fact that I was told the HOA was not to infringe on our property rights.
