If you live near 3600 W and 2100 N in Lehi, Utah, you know how frustrating and inconvenient it is to turn left from 2100 N onto 3600 W. No matter the time of day, the left-turn lane is always backed up—especially during rush hour.

My proposal is to remove the bike lane and add an additional traffic lane at the intersection of 3600 W and 2100 N. This would not require major construction—just a simple repainting of the lane lines. Doubling the number of vehicles that can get through the light will help reduce congestion and relieve some of the daily traffic headaches on 2100 N.
