Its so annoying. I have been trying to get a specific handle for like 3 years and the person has 0 tweets. Twitter really needs to clean up the inactive accounts.
The lazy response is the worst part. Just let us have them if they havent logged in for years its not that hard.

YES PLEASE. tired of all the cool names being taken by bots from 2009 that never post anything.
