As a local pediatrician I am very concerned about the environmental impact the gun club will leave. The ammunition used contains lead. We know that lead poisoning has horrible effects on children and adults for that matter when it contaminates the soil and potentially the water supply. Environmental clean up is astronomically expensive and leaves in its a path poor health outcomes for our children and wildlife. This is a pristine area of wilderness. I advise extreme caution and comprehensive review.

The peace in this one idyllic countryside has been completely usurped By this haphazard group / business . This is arrogance and political manipulation at it's sad Worst. Please stop this Dangerous and selfish group, They have no responsibility or Especially Respect for any of us who value The peace and quiet in this one little corner of the world. It is the usual 2nd amendment BS excuse to hide behind. The world needs MUCH less of this.

Such camps and clubs are better suited to the wilds of the Sierra mountains than a heavily populated area with a high tourist trade like wine country. Safety, fire and noise concerns should not be daily issues for local residents seeking to enjoy their residences.

Gun clubs do not belong in open space areas

Safety is a primary concern here. Both fire and safety for people caused by gunfire. This is scary. Do we live in the swamp country of Louisianna now?

Increased noise and traffic is affecting our right to quiet enjoyment of our homes. It can be unbelievably loud at times. This a a fire prone area with rough terrain - not a good match for a gun range.

Fire and Safety Hazard. Does not belong in a residential, peaceful environment.

Sound like a war is going on almost every day and it stops me from enjoying my property. I am afraid of the fire danger from the bullets hitting the cars, tracer rounds, the fact that there has been 2 fires from the shooting on this property I the last year or so, the lead in the bullets because they shoot on all 160 acres of the property, the bullets hit the trees and roadside that are not on this property, the 10 to 50 cars speeding up the road and the fact that this has never been a gun club before, they have no business filings, made improvements all over the property including a house tha is not on the property rolls and demand cash to avoid taxes and there is no supervision of the shooting. Despite what they say this property was never a gun club and they have a black powder cannon that they shoot and the gunshots upset my horses and animals.

I strongly support gun rights but NOT irresponsible gun club activities. Wrong location, bad management, adverse impacts in an otherwise quiet valley. See the video in Daily Republic with shooter dangerously firing over property lines.

We don't need more guns, more traffic, more noise. This is a beautiful, peaceful community....don't ruin it with increasing noise.

Please do not allow an expansion of this property. It fills it purpose as it is. Currently the sounds and shock waves emitted from the hillside gun range are influxed throughout the valleys and expanding it would increase it to levels that are excessive and unnecessary.

If the proposed expansion merely increased the nuisance aspect (noise, traffic, etc.) I would not necessarily sign this petition but the increased hazards to humans, animals and the environment that I believe will result from such changes are valid reasons to ask that the Club's petition be denied.

This is the type of issue the noise ordinance for Solano County should be designed to address. Please take it into account..

I have nothing against guns; however, the shooters on Twin Sisters are taking over our beautiful valleys with all their gun noise...NO on their proposal.

Enough already - hearing bang bang bang of non-stop shooting regardless of the weather is major sound pollution! Let's not make it worse by expanding!!!

This should be taken inside a structure so we don't hear it in pristine country areas. Most people who use it are from out of the area. I support responsible gun ownership but I don't support noise.

I sit in my living room and can hear the guns blasting with all the doors and windows closed. I don't need that noise.
