The Twin Oaks subdivision is petitioning that the City of Peculiar include curb replacement in Twin Oaks Subdivision in their 2017 Budget. The curbs in Twin Oaks Subdivision curbs represent a safety hazard, are non compliant for our residents who are handicap and must use the street because to travel between blocks because the curbs are a hazard. It is also effecting home buyers who are asking about the curb issue in this neighborhood .
