We, the users and residents of the Lake Winnipeg East Beach, petition, and request the Manitoba Government commence immediate steps for the twinning of Highway 59 north from Scanterbury to Highway 11 as previously announced to end the senseless Highway 59 north deaths and injuries.
With the implementation of the added PST there is no reason for the Government to delay the commencement of this vital infrastructure project and save further tragedies on Highway 59 north.
