WIth the increasing extreme weather patterns Colorado has been experiencing, I believe having another facility in the Carbondale area that provides an arena to work horses in wind, rain, and snow would help the community.

I believe that we need more horse facilities I have two Arabians that I had at my home over Malibu Canyon. I was surprised to have such a difficult time finding a horse boarding facility with proper shelters. This is Colorado We should welcome well run facilities. I certainly would rather have horses then more homes
