We call on Congress to pass a Twenty-Eighth Amendment to guarantee reproductive freedom and protect infant welfare.

Research shows the connection between abortion access and child safety. When abortion becomes unavailable, infanticide rates increase. History proves this. Dr. Larry S. Milner's research documents that 10 to 15 percent of unwanted children were killed by parents shortly after birth or died from abuse throughout history.
