Want to return home to UAE i am stuck in Pakistan with my 7 year son come on family visit UAE is our second home just want to return back

I m having valid residence visa and mu company still asking to reach in uae as soon as possible i have only sole job to run my family and myself in this world. Please expedite our smooth entry into uae from paksitan
