Wrong. All motor sport should be free to air. Hopefully if the ratings drop severely they'll rethink it.

Infuriated that I can't watch MotoGP without paying for an ridiculously overpriced service I dont need!! Will be boycotting BT as a result of this and will never use any of their services. I will also be flaming them across the internet and social media, whilst encouraging the large networks of fellow bikers to follow suit! Great work by your "Marketing Director" David James, hope he gets his massive bonus this year, because next year he will be searching for his next role when BT realise what a epic mistake he made! Please help even if you don't like MotoGP to show that these bully tactics wont win them more profits!!

It's a world wide championship, millions watch and love it all over! Yet only a select few can watch it. What do we pay our tv licence for? Repeats!

Please allow the BBC to do what they do so well and provide accurate unbiased coverage of MotoGP; I am missing the one sport I am truly passionate about because I shall not buy in to BT.

BBC coverage was fantastic. I already have BT broadband but only at 1MB! Maybe BT should be spending money upgrading rural exchanges instead of getting involved in new ventures. Just a thought!

Whilst every major sport requires funding through various means, surely existing tv companies ie: BBC , SKY etc can work out a way of paying the likes of BT through the already exorbitant fees we pay, for the rights to show the races without needing fans to take up another subscription. It stinks.!!!

The less than useless process of trying to watch moto gp with bt sport has caused me to give up trying to watch the races. I am astounded that the tossers at bt have been allowed to hijack an important event. This contract should have been given to a mainstream & experienced player in the market.

I am genuinely sick, I only found out a few days before the season started that bt had managed to get the right to all the motogp races for the next 5 year's. I really enjoyed BBC's coverage over the years. I've been a fan for a long long time but I am not giving bt a penny, and thanks dorna, really thinking of the fans there. Even when sky got the f1 didn't BBC still manage to hold onto most of the races live or else delayed coverage. Maybe when dorna realizes that their fan base will dropping the UK and Ireland they may cop on. And no matter what I'm sure bt will never be as good as BBC's coverage. Oh I miss it so but I will not put my hand in my pocket for that shower bt. I'm surprised they didn't try half the season between sky and by like the footie so you've to get both too see them all. At the end of the day its all about the money, they don't give a toss about the fans. I hope nobody signs up for bt and they lose the contract. Oh I miss vale and cal and the boys so much, my Sunday is ruined, I always looked forward to it so much. And what about Steve and Charlie, I hope they didn't sell out and go to bt! I suppose if they did its a job at the end of the day. One sick motogp fan, Al(46)

I genuinely am sick by bt effectively stealing motogp from the real fans. The coverage on BBC was top class as was the coverage On eurosport. As usual money talks and genuine fans suffer, only thing is I reckon the whole of motogp in Britain and Ireland will sufferin the long run because of this because everyone I've talked too have said they will never pay for bt's surely poor coverage. I'm a big bike fan and it was said to me about when sky got f1 BBC still managed to hold onto it even though this year they are only showing 9 of the 19 races live! By have agreed 5 years with Dorna, could they not even have tried it for one year. I still say it can only be bad for motogp. What about Spain and Italy, have they been screwed too? I wonder did BBC even put in a reasonable bid knowing bt were going in for it? And why did itv4 get the highlights on a Monday evening? I'm so pee'd Off with it all!
