For a team to be denied promotion as they aren't ready 3 months before the start of the season is out of order. They should be given time to be ready especially if they have the plans to show they will be

It is unfair to expect a football club to upgrade their pitch and facilities during the season when they are trying to play matches there to complete their obligations to the other teams. Surely the date for completion is unfair and unrealistic, therefore, the league should in the interests of fairness allow an extension

To win promotion takes a lot of dedication,commitment & hard work.
If you get relegated then you haven't shown those three attributes.
To not relegate a club & certainly not promote one takes away the real reason why football is the game we all love & certainly turns it upside down the principles of the game.
Bad work is punished good work is rewarded

Sport should be about striving to improve, and this should be supported by governing bodies. If a deadline before the new season can be met, then the league should be supportive. Anything else is a disgrace.

What makes this even more scandalous is that at least two teams already in the Premier League of the West Lancs League still don't fulfill all the criteria. Tim gods running rough shod over decent hard working people's lives.
