If it can be independently guaranteed that the improvements to the stadium will be completed before the start of the new season, there is no reason why Turton shouldn't be automatically promoted.

A rule that is unfair decided by a small panel that has disappointed a community. This coupled with the hard work and investment by the club really does make this similar to what the FA have accused FIFA of for years.

It's about Grassroots football, let's make sure Turton FC get the status they deserve, the club I would assume has worked hard to support local Community.

The FA must intervene as the rules are not being applied consistently. For every other step in the NLS a club has until the 31st March the year after promotion to comply with that step's requirements. Why would going into Step 7 be any different?

Absolute disgrace, after all the hard work to secure funding that will make turton fc the club it's been striving for, for as long as I can remember, I think this is an insult of the highest order, West Lancashire league should show some common sense.

Some common sense should apply, there is a huge amount of hard work that goes into running a club and football is about promotion and relegation.
