These lads deserve to be rewarded for all their hard work throughout the last few years. Can't believe they are being denied this even though the upgrades will be completed in time for the start of next season. West lancs league have no leg to stand on.

Disgrace this! I've grown up watching turton FC and living just a 30second walk away from the pitch and there's never been a problem like this!

sick of these bureaucrats who make these silly rules. Why should a club be forced to spend large sums of money on the basis that they MIGHT get promoted? The sort of improvements required at this level can easily be done in the close season.

The league should be ashamed, a small town that has out and out rights to be promoted but the league don't allow it for a stupid reason.
