It's a joke they have the funding for the work and have plenty of time to do the work so why prevent them from trying to achieve success (sanctions could be put in place if they still didn't complete the work points deductions etc but don't prevent someone with ambitions trying to improve themselves its just doesn't make sense or maybe play the first few games away to give them time this has been done before)

aint no p+kis in turton n thats the way we like it, from the looks of things the p+kis are trying to interfere with the league. A company called mustafa ltd. has bought into the west lancashire league, and it is under their influence that turton is not allowed to be promoted!
