The league have to get a grip and be flexible. They're clearly going to the make the improvements. I suppose the league don't want to undermine their authority by not changing there original decision

I am neutral and have never heard of this team before however I think this isn't fair to both fans and players of the club as they have clearly came 2nd fair and will complete the requirements needed for the league in time.
