I am a afc darwen supporter and would hate that to happen to my team and would destroy the supporters whats the point of playing if you cant go up

Completely unacceptable to stop a team from being promoted at that level due to its ground. The league committee should be disgraced to take such action.

Don't throw the hard work back into their faces - maybe favouritism towards a "bigger" club who the league don't want to upset through relegation?

Look at similar issue with Inverness Caledonian Thistle FC. Initially denied promotion to Scottish Premier League but this was overturned and they have now just qualified for Europa Cup qualifying stages a few seasons on!!

It is a ridiculous decision not to allow Turton to be promoted because of red tape. The league should immediately reconsider and reverse their decision!
