Propose the need for speed reducing measures in the Townhomes of Turtle Creek. Either by speed bumps, children at play signs and/or posting of the 15 mph speed limit throughout the community. There are approximately 20 school aged children living in our community who at times are forced off the sidewalk in order to walk (or bike) around cars parked on the sidewalk. Would like to simply opening a discussion with the Home Owner's Association board regarding the safety of all Turtle Creek residents. Thank You
