Frist, ACS is doing too much stress to home owner regarding almost everything.
Second, Used HOA Fee's list is not clear, the budget balance is always Zero after admitted.
Home owner can do control for house condition by themselves.

We have been bullied by the ACS for years now. And have just received ANOTHER notification about something else. Someone sits across the street and watches our home numerous times.

The harassment has got to stop. People budget for their household expenses and do not need someone to spend for them. I understand keeping it clean in here but sorry we don't all have time and money for what they want done to OUR HOUSE!

Thank you for creating this petition. I have felt this way for years and I currently have a lien against my property because I was unable to paint my house in the specified time frame so I incurred $25/day fines + legal fees because we were taken to court. Believe me, I wanted to paint but at the time could not afford to do so.
I got a letter this fall because I had leaves on the ground! When will it end??

There are members that have a life time appointment. Meaning they have been on the board for several years. There needs to be terms limits and we need to see the proxies they use to push their agenda. I have also called ACS and complained about Debbie's terrible attitude. This will show ACS the homeowners are serious and expect our management company to respect the Homeowners. I will be at the meeting.
