The Turnleaf Association / Board of Directors has planned to remove the grass area from the Hibiscus firelane between Periwinkle St and Poppy St. The issue is that the grass area was determined to not be up to code. Per a legal resolution with the community builder, the plan is to pour concrete and align to code.

Concern: The residents have not been informed or polled if they align with the current direction, and it is not clear if other options were considered which would maintain the grass area.

Requests from the residents:

1) A full list of alternate options to be defined (including drivable grass, turf paving panels, etc.)

2) These alternate options should be considered and reviewed with the impacted residents before a final decision is reached by the board
