The excuses keep coming but the money still sits in his pocket while he ignores the legal requirements for these collections. My inbox is full of messages from people who feel misled and tired of the constant goalpost shifting. I am exhausted by the silence from his end but I am not walking away from this.

Total scam. He is just pocketing the cash and stalling. People donated for a reason turn it over now
Howie looks super guilty here. No permit and keeps changing the goalposts. Something is definitely wrong.
Enough with the excuses. The money belonged to the charity weeks ago. Just do the right thing and cut the check already.
LAWS ARE LAWS BUDDY. Give the money to the charity you claimed you were helping. You have no right to hold onto it.
So tired of the runaround. Just turn it over and be done with it.

This is so shady. My money was meant for kids in need not for Howie to play games with dates and permits. Give it up.
