The Muncipality has failed residents of Port Elizabeth. No proper repairs to infrastructure and more. City is filthy, dangerous and in a state of decay. Time for people who are paid to do their jobs in the Muncipality to catch a wake up and have some pride.

This kind of facility is urgently needed to relieve the city of many serious social issues the ratepayers experience in most of the areas.

I am daily seeing the filth, abandoned buildings, student accommodation taking over suburbs in fact 2 are going to be opening in St Patricks Road, Richmond Hill with 1 being right across the road where I live. Our underground sewers will not be able to handle the influx of so many people

Desperately needed service to counteract spiraling crime and health hazarfs caused by vagrants, addiction and homelessness.
