This is for my Government semester final. The uses that colleges may use their money may rely on things we don't really need at all. (ex. flatscreen tvs.) They try to improve the college but from what I have found some of it is not for educational uses. Tuition costs have been rising every year little by little and gradually it will increase to a cost that we will not be able to afford easily.
