I could fill a 5 gallon bucket with the chips I've pulled out of the knees and elbows of my five kids.... I truly believe the HOA does an outstanding job. We have the best neighborhood on the lake. It's just the chip and seal sucks.

I am new to the community and will do some research in order to make an informed comment. Asphalt is obviously more attractive so I'm not clear on why this is an issue.

Fully agree our daughter fell running along her sister riding her bike and cut open her head on the chips. A few butterfly stitches later we were good; but will have scar forever 101 fox trail

Completely agree. And roads that have been paved with chip and seal to date should be redone in asphalt. David Brown. 148 Dogwood Trail

Chip and seal done correctly can be a good road base. However, what has been done in TTSouth is not appropriate for our roads.
