We would love for LAX to be available in public schools. It is in private schools around TN and many kids are looking at moving to private schools for this opportunity.

This would arguably be incredibly easy to add to the TSSAA - the field space already exists, and there are plenty of teams already. There are plenty of US Lacrosse grants in place to help initiate new teams if the TSSAA would just sanction it. Its already growing rapidly in Tennessee and state-sanctioning would skyrocket new team development.

Please add this sport to public schools! It's very much wanted and needed. Every peer I ask says they would be interested in playing if it was more available. To make it this way, the TSSAA only needs to make the sport of lacrosse available for public school play.

My grandson plays for a team that is 1 1/2 hours away from his home. They travel there 5-6 days per week. All because he loves this sport. Please help our local schools have teams. Our local College has both men and women's teams so why not our high schools.
