I think this man should be tried as a terrorist but not executed. If he is executed, that will serve as a recruitment tool for future white supremacists

Our anti-terrorism laws have reached a state of Orwellian fascism and must be destroyed, true ("eco-terrorist" prosecutions of the Earth Liberation Front, anyone?), but if this man wasn't a white supremacist there is no way he would not be facing terrorism charges for what he pulled.

Dylann Roofs actions were racially motivated against not only a specific race of individuals but also against innocent American citizens and was an act of domestic terrorism and he should be tried as a terrorist.
