We trust our schools Principals with our children's hearts and minds, and safety. The Principal at Sandy Hook was willing to lay down her life for America's children. Why should we give those like her any less support when it comes to confronting deadly murderers. If any school Principal is willing to take the added burden of life or death decisions in protecting one child's like, we should give them that option and allow them to carry a weapon on the school premises or locked in a safe, or in a vehicle. It make schools much less of a target for murderers and could save your child's life. No one wants to imagine a shootout in a school but imagine yourself as standing in the midst of the carnage knowing you could have done something to stop it if you were legally armed.
