As a parent I assume the school is considering health and safety, prior to education or along side education. Our high school used to cancel classes, while the teachers sent out you-tube presentations, notes and homework electronically. How about using WebEx? I work from home everyday and communicate daily with folks in 5 other states. Let's think here and not put our children's safety and health last. We are in the year 2018. Use WebEx for class.

We should most definitely have snow days, there's not a lecture here that's more important than the wellbeing of one single person on this campus let alone thousands.

Someone @ sue Thomas on Facebook. You can do it even if you aren't friends with her. Also, did she go on campus today? Did maintenance make sure that the presidents house was Good? Yeah. They do all that for her.. so for everyone like me who doesn't have someone working under and for them, we need snow days. We don't even have trouble that often, so give us days like today.

Couldn’t stop when I left Campbell apartments this morning for anatomy lab which is held off campus at A.T. Still, so I was lucky that there wasn’t anything in my way. A. T. Still was closed today though, so only Truman students taking anatomy were there

Thankful to have some professors with the wisdom to cancel class today. However, it shouldn't be left for them to decide. When I can't get out of my house to walk the dogs without having at least three points of contact, we shouldn't be expected to walk half a mile or more to campus for class.

I walked to class this morning, scraped my knee when I felt, and also received a slight abrasion on my palm. More importantly, now my jeans has a hole on it :'(

My friend slipped and hit her head today from falling on the ice, and I had someone help me to get across the street because of giant ice patches on the road and sidewalk.

If my already injured friend has to worry about causing a worse injury to themselves when it's icy out, you shouldn't have class.

I feel like I was ice-skating on the road this morning. This is the simplest way to get issurance claim :))
