I find the attempt to use public safety as a bargaining chip to be very troubling. I hope that LGI will promptly deed the land so the station can be built.

I do NOT support the re-plat.
LGI should keep their word and do the right thing.

I echo Patricia's comments. In addition, when we were looking at purchasing land in BLE a few years ago, we had several dealings with the LGI. They did not uphold any of what they said while we were attempting to purchase a lot from them. We moved on, deciding not to do business with them as thy clearly wanted to take advantage of us. We subsequently bought a resale lot. A much nicer experience!

As an owner of 3 properties in BLE, we were assured and sold on the fact that we would have a fire station built as well as commercial property in the Four Corner's and a reserve section which would remain wooded. LGI has not delivered on any of these items.

Hard to believe that the LGI owners are Texas people with this exploitation - what a blatant disregard for Texas values!!! Maybe they are out-of-state interests trying to make money through this deception and disregard for decency?!?!

They should never build on this land. We were told they would not build there by LGI sales person.

Not allowing a replay is the best thing for the BLE community. There is no additional benefit to BLE to allow more lots. The benefit is to LGI to make money from those lots. If LGI REALLY cared about the fire safety of the residents they would have installed hydrants when developing the community and currently would just feed the land to the fire department and let them worry about the replat.
