Too many of us Carriers are being gotten over by Transportation Brokers and Food and Retail Distribution companies like Wakefern, CVS BJ's Kmart/Sears, Food Lion, Rite Aide, Publix, Wawa, McClain Food...etc. we spend hours there delivering which chew into our drivers available on duty/ driving time and then most of these deliveries will not verify our out times so we wind up not being able to collect detention...These deliveries locations play this game because they know we will be demanding something which is due to us. it is their company policy to not write on a POD the drivers out time, and all the large Brokers know this.

it is very sad that this game is played, as all of you know no dollar amount per hour replaces our Assets sitting there, not moving, not generating revenue.

We make no money on detention all we do is lose less money so to play this game is very sad and not American.

I ask all of us sign this petition , we get this practice changed or we ALL boycott shipments to these facilities. if enough of us sign this then We will force the Brokers and Companies Selling to these companies and these companies themselves to change their behavior.

We all have hundreds of thousands of dollars tied up in assets sitting there, how many of you have missed a pickup because of this or had to pay a driver from your own pocket when you were not re reimbursed...We all have.

Make it stop or let the shelves go empty and then it will definitely stop.
