Good day all, Troy Davis name should never be forgotten. We ask you to read this petition, sign and forward in the name of Troy Davis. All questions should be emailed to: media.marketing@cruzinc.org (1) We asking for the resignation of the Parole and Pardon Board members who could have intervened regarding the Troy Davis case. (2)The Prosecutor could have vacated the execution order, therefore we are asking for his resignation as well. (3) A national referendum started in the name of Troy Davis (to be called the Troy Bill) that would not allow anyone to be executed when there is reasonable doubt or over-whelming evidence of judicial errors surrounding capitol murder cases or cases where the death penalty is being sought. Today, this firm will begin with step one and two, calling for the resignation of the Board members and the Prosecutor; they were the safe-guards to ensure that innocent people are not put to death, they failed Troy davis, they failed America. Therefore, they need to step down immediately.
