RBI is more responsible than PMC Bank management for this loot , therefore RBI is not showing time bounded progress report , only time killing is going on at the cost of life of PMC Bank a/c holders.

For no fault of the depositors, RBI is not finding solutions, neither the central govt. nor the concerned State Govt. In case of Yes Bank magnitude of the problem was too high for high end customers. Hence immediate solution. In case of PMC poor depositors have no bargaining power and can be ignored. Is this the policy of present central govt. without taking confidence of poor middle class citizens.And equally the present central govt. RBI, State govt. in collusion with bank and borrowers.
