Have you had trouble getting timely or ANY call backs from Citibank Reps in a timely manner to provide any help with your banking issues? I have. I totally understand that it is humanly impossible to always get a live Rep but how is it statistically possible that I NEVER get a live Rep when I call. I always get voicemail and sometimes after leaving many follow-up messages and emails to 2 or more people, I'll get a short call back with someone promising to get me some information but the madness continues with weeks going by and no progress on anything. Maybe if I get enough signatures, I can forward to Citibank for their management to make some improvements. Perhaps other banks would also take notice.
