Lake Estrella being the smallest lake in Hot Springs Village, AR with a boat ramp is hereby requesting that the use of gas powered engines on the lake be prohibited. There is already a no wake restriction, but the small surface area of the lake is subject to pollutants from gas engines and puts the health of the creatures big and small in jeopardy.
