I am fighting for shared custody of my son Tristan Anthony Vitolo. I have been denied access to my son by his mother since May 3, 2012, when she decided she wouldn't let him see me after she and I had an argument. I miss him terribly. The issues lie between her and I and have nothing to do with our child. On May 10, she made false statements to the court about me, preventing me from seeing him until at least our court date on 05/23. No parent should be denied access to their child. I am certain she will argue for full custody during out divorce hearing and as a guy, I am already backed into the corner. Please help me by signing this petition for the court to consider shared custody and reuniting me with my 2 1/2 month old son Tristan. Thank you.
